With more than 25 years of expertise in operations, clinical services, and organizational leadership. Joseph joined Discovery Senior Living in July 2022 as Regional VP, Operations, overseeing 18 communities across five Mid-Atlantic states. Under his leadership, these communities achieved significant gains in occupancy, service delivery and performance. Today, they serve as the foundation for Seaton’s expanding regional platform across Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. A proud U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Joseph served in a hospital combat support unit, an experience that strengthened his discipline, work ethic, and lifelong sense of service. Joseph believes great leadership starts with care and accountability.

With a strong commitment to helping others, Sophia Dhaliwal found her calling in the senior living industry, where she is passionate about fostering an environment of service, inclusion, and a positive culture while achieving outstanding business results. As a detail-oriented and results-driven leader as the Regional Director of operations, she excels in collaboration and is dedicated to helping fellow leaders discover and develop their own leadership styles, ultimately driving success for themselves and their communities.
Sophia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Management from Adelphi University and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Therapy and Education from Long Island University. She began her career 26 years ago as an Executive Director with Sunrise Senior Living, where she served for five years before transitioning to a regional operations role. For the past 21 years, she has excelled in this capacity, gaining extensive experience across a wide spectrum of senior housing, including Independent Living , Assisted Living , Memory Care, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and Homecare.

Tisha Hahn McElroy is an accomplished sales leader with more than 19 years of experience driving growth and team success in the senior living industry. As Regional Director of Sales for Discovery Senior Living and Seaton Senior Living, she combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to elevate occupancy, strengthen teams, and enhance the resident experience. Known for her motivational approach and data-driven results, Tisha is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence across every community she supports.
In her personal life, Tisha cherishes time spent with her family and their four beloved dogs. She finds joy in traveling with her husband, exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories together. Additionally, Tisha enjoys boating, which allows her to connect with nature and unwind.

Rachelle Armstrong is an experienced professional in the senior living industry, bringing over a decade of experience to her role. She began her career in 2013 as a Director of Nursing, where she honed her skills in both clinical operations and patient care. In 2018, Rachelle transitioned to the role of Sales Director with Elmcroft Senior Living, showcasing her ability to bridge the gap between healthcare and business, ultimately leading to her promotion to Regional Director of Sales in 2020. Now with Seaton Senior Living, Rachelle oversees communities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
As a dynamic leader, Rachelle excels in educating her team on the sales process, leveraging her extensive clinical knowledge to enhance their effectiveness. She takes great pride in guiding families through challenging times, providing them with the resources and support they need to make informed decisions. Rachelle’s motivational personality and compassionate approach allow her to connect deeply with families, offering them peace of mind during difficult transitions.
Outside of her professional life, Rachelle resides in Pennsylvania with her two children, Claire and Reese, and their Golden Retriever, Sadie. Together, they enjoy quality time at home, attend competition cheerleading events on weekends, and enjoy gatherings with friends and family.

Dawn Bradley is a seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years of experience driving operational and culinary excellence across the senior living, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Known for her strategic vision and hands-on leadership, Dawn has led large, multi-site teams through growth, transformation, and acquisition, consistently elevating quality, performance, and team culture.
Throughout her career, Dawn has held senior roles with leading organizations including Holiday/Atria Senior Living and Sodexo. She has overseen culinary operations for more than sixty-five communities, guided large-scale integrations, and developed innovative dining and service programs that enrich the resident experience while optimizing financial results.
Dawn is widely recognized for her ability to align people, purpose, and performance. She is deeply committed to mentoring emerging leaders, fostering collaboration, and creating cultures of excellence built on respect, accountability, and joy in service.
When she’s not leading teams, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and collecting cookbooks. She currently resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, where she continues to find inspiration for her work in creating community through food, hospitality, and connection.

Monique Carter is a highly experienced leader in nursing and operations, with over 20 years of expertise in the senior living industry. Prior to her current position, she served in regional leadership roles at Five Star Senior Living, Enlivant Senior Living, and Atria Senior Living.
Monique is recognized for her exceptional combination of clinical and regulatory knowledge, her capacity to mentor emerging leaders, and her commitment to achieving quality outcomes. She has effectively navigated teams through periods of organizational change while maintaining a strong focus on resident-centered care. Her dedication to supporting seniors, particularly those living with dementia, inspired her to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Trainer.
Monique is committed to fostering the development of future leaders in senior living by equipping them with the essential knowledge, tools, and support needed for success in their roles, thereby ensuring high-quality care for the residents under her guidance. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania Western University and is eager to continue inspiring others through her dedication to transformational leadership and operational excellence.

Shawna Kelly brings more than 20 years of senior living experience across operations, sales, and marketing. During her nine years with Watermark Retirement Communities, she supported a portfolio of communities through marketing and sales initiatives that strengthened brand presence, drove awareness, and fostered connection. That experience shaped her data-driven approach to developing meaningful messaging that connects with families and residents. She has since led multi-channel campaigns for both established and new development communities, enhancing visibility, engagement, and brand reputation.
As Divisional Marketing Manager, she oversees marketing strategy and brand execution for a portfolio of Seaton communities. She lives in Rochester, New York, with her husband and daughters and enjoys spending time together as a family.

Tracy Tabler is an Operations Specialist with over 25 years of experience in long-term care. She is a Practical Nurse and Assisted Living Manager, licensed in multiple states. Known for her compassion, empathy, and dedication to enhancing resident well-being and quality of life, Tracy brings extensive expertise in all aspects of assisted living with a focus on daily operations, budget management, problem solving, staff leadership and morale building. Her commitment to creating positive, resident-centered environments is at the heart of her work.
A Pennsylvania native, Tracy currently resides in Southern Maryland with her husband, Tony. She is the proud mother of three, “MiMi” to seven grandchildren and her beloved French Bulldog, Saban. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, listening to audible books and podcasts, attending music concerts, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Due to a major flood event from a broken water line that occurred in January causing extensive damage to our building, we are temporarily ceasing community operations, effective February 16, 2025.
As operators, we are fully committed to restoring the community as quickly as possible and look forward to welcoming residents back when appropriate
