Our Glendale and McGowan suites are cozy apartment homes that offer stylish living at an affordable price. They both offer a living or dining area, a sleeping alcove, a kitchenette, and a bath. The arrangement of the areas is similar for the two options of Glendale and McGowan. In terms of square feet, Glendale is slightly larger than McGowan, with the former going from 358 sq ft to 402 sq ft, and the latter going from 360 sq ft to 382 sq ft.

We have three options under apartment homes. The first, Waterford, is a one bedroom and one bathroom option, also consisting of a kitchenette and a living or dining area. The size of Waterford is 495 sq ft. Delaware is slightly bigger. Similar to Waterford, it also consists of one bedroom and one bathroom, and can range from 530 sq ft to 586 sq ft. Stratford is the biggest of our apartment homes option, as it is a two bedroom and two bathroom plan. It also comes with a living or dining area and a kitchenette. The size of Stratford is 900 sq ft.
