Ian Church

Executive Director

Executive Director, Ian Church, has a diverse professional career that has always revolved around serving others. His experience in technology marketing and golf club management helped prepare him for a career in senior living after recently obtaining his New Jersey CALA certification.

Born and raised the United Kingdom, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Kent at Canterbury and has worked for companies like General Electric and Hewlett-Packard.

In 2001, Ian, an avid life-long golfer, transitioned into a career in golf management working for American Golf Corporation, the world’s largest golf management company. He has managed golf courses in Texas, The UK, New Jersey and California and received several industry and company awards in recognition of his many achievements in the hospitality industry and golf business.

Ian, along with his partner Adrienne, enjoys playing golf, traveling, and participating in activities at their local church. He also enjoys spending time with his 2 children and serves on the board of the resident association where he lives.

Director of Celebrations, Frank Falzone, has held roles in numerous industries including sales and owning and operating a salon. Frank has experience providing education and contributed to seminars, workshops, and various events. He enjoys travel, art, music, gardening, cooking, teaching and church ministry.

Andre “DRE” Coleman

Andre “DRE” Coleman is the Senior Lifestyle Counselor and Director of Sales at Discovery Senior Living Seaton Voorhees. His passion for this type of work came early in his childhood, growing up Dre was really close to his grandmother, she played a major role in his upbringing. Dre to witness his grandmother’s and his grandaunt’s battles with Dementia and from this moment his life a passion for caring for aging adults began. Dre would grow up to nurture that passion, working with seniors in both the healthcare and housing. Dre has over a decade of experience providing living lifestyle solutions and believes it is the most satisfying careers one could want or possibly have.
