Winstina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health care management with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University. She then went on to finish her Master of Business Administration at nearby Loyola University. Additionally, Winstina holds certificates in Assisted Living management, Alzheimer’s disease care, and fit testing. She brings with her more then 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting off as a server at Marriot Senior Living and moving her position up through the years. Her tenacity to serve people coupled with her strong passion to lead and provide quality management makes her an invaluable asset to our community.

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Kathy has been striving to serve seniors for the past nine years as a senior living specialist. She has a passion to assist future residents and family members explore their new vibrant living options and find their next best home. Her strength is in building relationships with people. Kathy has two children and she loves spending time with family. In her free time she delights in reading and has started playing Pickleball.

William Tayman

Facilities Director

William came to Seaton Towson with over 10 years’ experience in the Senior Living industry, primarily in the Independent Living setting. Bill has an extensive knowledge of plant operations and strives to ensure all our residents’ needs are met quickly. He hold a degree from the Western Vocational Institute where he focused his studies on plumbing and electrical. When Bill was asked why he loved working for Discovery Senior Living, “it’s all the wonderful stories and experience I get to have every day with those we serve”. When William is not at Seaton, he enjoys hiking with his sons and wife in the mountains.

Zoe Agbalajobi

Director of Health and Wellness

Zoe is dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over a decade of diverse experience in the nursing field. Zoe began her career in the bustling travel nursing environment, where she honed her skills in patient care and acute medical support. Transitioning to long-term care and Assisted living communities, Zoe nutures a deep compassion for the elderly, providing attentive and personalized care to residents. Her journey also led them to work in community health clinics, where she focused on preventive care and patient education. She is a certified pelvic health specialist and sedation certified nurse. Known for her adaptability and strong communication skills, Zoe has consistently contributed to improving patient outcomes across various healthcare settings. Passionate about lifelong learning, Zoe continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and stay updated with the latest in nursing practices.

Rachel Quillin

Business Office Assistant

Rachel comes to us with over 6 years of customer service experience. When away from her desk, Rachel enjoys trips to the beach with her boyfriend, as well as other outdoor adventures. Rachel is a dog mom to Brax who comes to brighten our residents’ days on occasion. She is also a proud aunt to her sweet niece and nephew.

Michael-Hinkle

Michael Hinkel

Director of Culinary Services

Michael born in Baltimore; Maryland where was adopted by an incredible family. He attended Kenwood High School and joined the Army after graduation.  He was trained as a chef in the military and served for seven years. After, he continued pursuing his passion with more training with the Ramada.  Traveling up and down the East coast he continued developing his skills with diversity of experiences in French, Italian, German and Asian cuisines.

He also owned and operated a restaurant for 10 years, selling it to spend more time with his wife and children during their formattable years. For the past 17 years he has been sharing his culinary expertise in senior living.

When not working at Seaton Towson, Michael enjoys being a husband and father to five children. He loves spending time in nature, either hiking in the woods, or boating on the water with the family. He is an avid fisherman and loves to trap crabs.

Stephanie Osorio

Director of Celebrations

Fun Fact: Stephanie is fluent in Spanish! “I try to get our residents involved in learning and they absolutely love it!”

Stephanie Osorio grew up in Maryland where she attended Catonsville High School, graduating at the top of her class; taking college courses throughout her Sophomore and Senior years of high School.

At 14 years old, she began to volunteer at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, worked as a part time receptionist while still in high school. It was there that her love for helping people blossomed.  She was promoted to lead administrative assistant, and eventually to Activities Director. Stephanie took on more responsibility, managing the department, and went back to college as a full-time student. When health challenges with her mother arose, she shifted her focus on work and her mom’s care while completing her training in the NCAAP program to become a certified Activities Director.

Stephanie is married to husband, Eber and have a beautiful daughter Sophia. Which understandable, is absolutely the light of Stephanie’s life. They have a dog; Coco, who frequently brings lots of love to the residents in the community.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She also has a small graphic design business where she expresses her artistic skills.

Stephanie genuinely believes that what she brings unique qualities for compassion and dedication to the residents, team members and community.

She also is fluent in Spanish as her parents are from Guatemala and often teaches the residents of Seaton Towson so of her beloved first language.
